Bent Mountain Lodge Bed and Breakfast is situated on 13 acres at an altitude of 3200 feet with views of 50 miles and overlooking the Blue Ridge Parkway. Located in Floyd County along Virginia’s Heritage Music Trail – The Crooked Road, which has venues in the Town of Floyd such as the Floyd Country Store, operating year-round with its weekend Jamboree, Americana and Mountain Music. Added to this is the nearby annual Floyd Fest -Heartbeat which featuring hundreds of musicians from all over the country. Other points of interest include the City of Roanoke, Martinsville Speedway, Radford University and Virginia Tech.
Although Bent Mountain Lodge is open all year, they are basically seasonal and the bulk of their business is from May through October. Net Operating Income (NOI) for 2021 was @$100,000. Aggressive marketing along with more competitive room rates could increase Net Operating Income. Owners are willing to negotiate because of declining health.
