Additionally, there is a small apartment off of the kitchen with 2 rooms and a full bath – perfect for a live-in housekeeper or assistant! Current owners utilize this space for pantry storage and a small shop area.
The second level has 4 guest rooms and 1 suite. There is also a spacious library/sitting area and an additional room used to display gift items.
The third level has 4 guest rooms and 1 two-bedroom suite. There is an additional room on this level that is currently used for storage but would make an ideal common sitting room.
Vine Cottage Inn fronts on Route 220 and is only one house from the entrance to the famed Omni Homestead Resort, and you can walk to the many shops on Cottage Row. Just a couple of miles away is Garth Newel Music Center–a world-class music venue. A 10-minute drive will bring you to Warm Springs and the historic Jefferson Pools, where you can “take to the waters” as Thomas Jefferson and many others have done. The Gentlemen’s Pool House was built in 1761. The Ladies’ Pool House was built in 1836. The pools, fed by 980 F mineral spring water, have undergone little change through the years!
