Springtime in Virginia saw the transfer of Maple Hall Inn to Phillip Clayton who has been busy readying his fine dining restaurant and 20-room inn for guests. One of Phillip’s fist tasks was to find a chef that could reestablish a fine dining restaurant that had been closed for several years.
